Job summary

Live Well Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a Radiology Technologist to perform general imaging procedures on adult and pediatric patients to aid in diagnosis and treatment. The role includes preparing patients and equipment and conducting radiographic examinations, including portable and on-call procedures.

The ideal candidate will hold an associate degree or higher in a related field and be certified as a Registered Technologist in Radiography (R.T.(R)).

Qualifications

• Strong customer service, professionalism, and ability to operate imaging equipment accurately.
• Associate degree or higher in a related field and R.T.(R) certification.
• CPR certification and IEMA license are advantageous (MRI excluded).

Job description

Role Overview:

The Radiology Technologist performs general imaging procedures on adult and pediatric patients to aid in diagnosis and treatment of medical conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare patients and equipment, provide instructions with high professionalism, and independently conduct radiographic examinations, including portable and on-call procedures.


• Operate C-arm and portable X-ray machines.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Require an associate degree or higher in a related field and certification as a Registered Technologist in Radiography (R.T.(R)).


• No prior experience needed; however, experience in radiology or related certifications such as MRI, ARRT, or ARMRIT are preferred.


• Licenses like IEMA (excluding MRI) and CPR certification are advantageous.
