Job summary

Advocate Health’s Rock Hill Orthopedics department seeks a Radiologic Technologist to perform radiologic exams, operate imaging equipment, and ensure accurate patient records. The role covers Rock Hill, Fort Mill and Pineville MSKI, with hours 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week, and a pay range listed between $26.55 and $39.85 per hour.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, completion of an AMA‑accredited Radiologic Technology program, ARRT

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Completion of AMA approved Radiologic Technology Program.
• Current ARRT registry or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• 1 year radiology experience preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• Maintain current certification.

Responsibilities

• Performs radiologic exams as ordered by physician.
• Operates equipment and selects proper technical factors.
• Consults with Radiologist or physician as needed.
• Maintains patient records and prepares specimens for transport as needed.
• Ensures requisitions and notes are checked.

Education

High School Diploma or GED

AMA approved Radiologic Technology Program

Current ARRT registry or ability to obtain within 6 months

1 year radiology experience preferred

BLS certification required

Maintain current certification
