Schedule: Full-time

Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm

Location: 265 E. Rollins St, Orlando, FL / will float to other practices as needed

The role you’ll contribute:

The Radiology Technologist, under the supervision of the Office Manager/Clinical Supervisor, performs radiologic procedures as ordered by physicians. Assists physicians during casting, treatment, and patient examinations.

The value you’ll bring to the team:

• Maintains current, valid CPR certification and Radiology license.
• Prepares patients for radiology procedures and takes X-rays following established safety and care procedures.
• Uses gonadal shielding whenever possible for patients of childbearing age and pediatric patients.
• Develops and processes radiology films.
• Maintains organized X-ray film files and ensures reports and films are available promptly for physicians.
• Logs completed radiology procedures and processes routine paperwork, including typing and filing reports.

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

Minimum qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Graduate of a recognized Radiology Technology program
• Current, valid State of Florida Certified Radiologic Technologist license
• CRT - Certified Radiologic Technologist certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
• BCLS - Basic Life Support certification
• Willingness to float to other AHMG practices as needed, considering patient load and staffing needs.

Preferred qualifications:

• Over 1 year of medical office experience
