Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a Radiology Technologist to perform a variety of diagnostic radiographic procedures across OR, ER, fluoroscopy, and inpatient/outpatient settings. You will document patient history, apply ALARA principles, and ensure image quality with RIS/PACS.

The role requires MA licensure in Radiography and ARRT registration, plus BLS. The position may involve off-site coverage and mandatory on-call/holiday rotations; a sign-on bonus up to $20,000 is available.

Qualifications

• Two-year AMA-accredited program in Radiologic Technology.
• Registered by ARRT or registry eligible; licensed by MA DPH: Radiation Control Program in Radiography.
• Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS).

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic radiographic procedures to obtain high-quality images.
• Document patient information and exam details in the RIS.
• Label images with patient data and technologist initials.
• Ensure QA of exams using PACS; maintain <5% repeat rate.
