Required certifications include CRT and AHA BLS, with a California Fluoroscopy Permit within six months. ACLS within one year for Cath Lab only; ARRT certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• CRT certification required by California Department of Public Health.
• AHA BLS Healthcare Professional certification required.
• California Fluoroscopy Permit required; must pass Fluoro Permit exam within 6 months.
• ACLS certification required within 1 year for Cath Lab only.
• ARRT certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures with independent judgment and patient care.
• Maintains safety and radiation protection standards; processes and files images.
• Operates x-ray equipment and ensures image quality; checks patient demographics in RIS/PACS.
• Supports clinical team and assists physician with examinations as needed.
