Job summary

Covenant Medical Center, part of Covenant Health, is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform radiologic procedures supporting diagnosis and treatment.

The role requires radiologic technology training and applicable licensure, with clinical responsibilities under Imaging Services leadership.

Qualifications

  • Satisfactory completion of an approved School of Radiology Technology.
  • Texas General Medical Radiologic Technologist License by hire.
  • American Heart Association BLS by hire.
  • ARRT certification by hire.

Responsibilities

  • Perform radiologic procedures to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of disease and injuries.
  • Work under supervision of Imaging Services leadership to ensure high-quality imaging.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory requirements within the radiology department.

Job description

Under the direct supervision of the Diagnostic Supervisor and the general supervision of the Director of Imaging Services, performs radiological procedures to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of disease and injuries.

Required Qualifications
  • Satisfactory completion of an approved School of Radiology Technology.
  • Upon hire: Texas General Medical Radiologic Technologist License
  • Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
  • Upon hire: National Certification from American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate's Degree
  • 1 year Experience as a Radiology Technologist.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
