Job summary

ProMedica Toledo Hospital in Toledo, OH, is seeking an outpatient Radiology Technologist to perform imaging procedures for outpatients. You will input exam data using radiology information systems and select technical factors based on patient factors and procedure details.

The role requires completing AMA approved radiologic technology training, ARRT registration, and current CPR certification. This is a full-time, day-shift position in Radiology.

Location: Toledo Hospital Department: Radiology Promedica Offsite Weekly Hours: 36 Status: Full time Shift: Days (United States of America) Job Summary: The outpatient Radiology Technologist performs a variety of imaging procedures for outpatients that contribute to the diagnosis and treatment of various medical conditions. You will demonstrate knowledge of radiology information and imaging systems to correctly order exams, supplies and other data input. In this role, you will select proper technical factors based on procedure, diagnosis, age, size, weight and anatomical differences and general health status of patients. The above summary of accountabilities is intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed in this role. It should not be considered exhaustive.

REQUIREMENTS

• Completed formal radiologic technology training at an AMA approved school or a school that is accredited through the Higher Learning Commission (HLC)
• Must be registered by the ARRT
• Current CPR
