We are family-owned and one of the fastest growing urgent care chains in the Midwest, with 30+ locations between the Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana area since our doors opened in 2012. We are currently looking for an X-Ray Technologist to join our team! We are hiring for our Matteson, Richton Park, and Tinley Park locations!

Responsibilities

Responsibilities for the X-Ray Technologist will include:

1. Performing radiology procedures as ordered by the physician(s) in such a way to assure reliability of results and patient safety.
2. Welcoming patients and obtaining medical histories from patients; verifying patient information.
3. Completing patient check-in and check-out along with applicable paperwork.
4. Preparing charts.
5. Processing payments.
6. Answering incoming calls.
7. Scheduling patients.
8. Communicating with all staff.
9. Assisting in maintaining appropriate equipment and supplies in the department.
10. Maintaining documentation of patient testing information.

Qualifications

1. Excellent patient care and customer service skills.
2. Open availability - must be available nights, weekends, and holidays.
3. Current Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle at all times.
4. Able to maintain professionalism and customer focus in a stressful and fast-paced environment.
5. Must be a graduate of an accredited radiology technician program.
6. IL State Radiology Technician licensure required.
7. Previous X-Ray experience preferred, not required.
8. Ensuring safety and following and maintaining all federal and state ordinances.
9. ARRT Certification required.
10. Able to multitask while ensuring accuracy and adherence to policies and procedures.
11. Able to receive and provide ongoing coaching, guidance, and constructive feedback.
12. Organizational skills.
13. EMR experience.
