Live Well Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic, therapeutic, and research imaging in clinical settings. The role emphasizes ALARA principles, patient safety, and high-quality image production.

The candidate will independently execute radiographic and fluoroscopic exams, document histories, and collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure accurate, timely imaging.

Formación

• Graduate of a Specialty Training Program in Radiologic Technology.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
• Ability to obtain ARRT-R registry within 6 months for new graduates.
• For hires after a specified date, must complete steps to advance to level 2 within 24 months.

Responsabilidades

• Obtain correct orders, properly identify and prepare patients, and document clinical history confidentially.
• Use appropriate imaging protocols, optimize technical factors, and evaluate images for quality and positioning.
• Prepare and administer medications via vascular access as prescribed, documenting activities accurately.
• Assist licensed practitioners with fluoroscopic and specialized procedures, including outside of radiology settings.
• Educate and monitor students and healthcare team members.
• Ensure proper data storage and transfer of images and data post-procedure.

Role Overview:

Radiologic Technologists perform diagnostic, therapeutic, and research imaging procedures involving ionizing radiation. They independently execute radiographic and fluoroscopic exams, ensuring patient safety and optimal image quality while adhering to ALARA principles.
