Work Schedule: Evening and Day shifts with Weekend and Holiday Rotation
Hours:

Shift times: 1:00pm - 9:00pm, 2:00pm - 10:00pm, 3:00pm - 11:00pm, 3:30pm - 11:30pm

Summary:

A Radiologic Technologist performs radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures and related clerical functions, demonstrating ability to perform a variety of technical procedures with independent judgment and initiative to apply prescribed ionizing radiation for diagnosis.

Responsibilities:
Education:
  • Graduate of an approved School of Radiologic Technology
  • BLS preferred
  • New York State License as a "General Radiologic Technologist" and current NY State Department of Health certificate; Temporary licenses accepted
  • ARRT certification preferred
Experience:
  • None required; 1 year preferred
Working Conditions:
  • Good health to stand and walk most of the day
  • Ability to pull, push, and lift patients and equipment
Environment:
  • Typical office-like environment with occasional exposure to physical conditions
