Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program.
• Registered by the ARRT or registry eligible; licensed by MA DPH.
• CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Operate radiologic equipment to produce diagnostic images.
• Follow ALARA and safety protocols.
• Explain procedures to patients in English and ensure comfort.
• Prepare and administer contrast media as required.
• Position and immobilize patients for accurate imaging.
• Maintain patient data and send to PACS.
• Monitor patient conditions during exams and report concerns.
• Coordinate with physicians and staff as needed.
