Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in radiologic technology required.
• ARRT-R certification required.
• State RT license required.
• BLS/HS-BLS or RQIBLS and fluoroscopy credentials required.

Responsibilities

• Operates x-ray equipment to produce radiographs as ordered by physicians.
• Positions patients and instructs them prior to examinations; adjusts exposure settings for each image.
• Ensures patient safety and imaging quality; documents exam information and reports results to physicians.
• Verifies exams on PACS and performs related duties as assigned.
