Responsibilities

• Escort patients, guests, and visitors to destinations using ambulatory equipment, beds, cribs, stretchers, and wheelchairs.
• Uses hospital paging system and manages transport orders; coordinates with departments.
• Transports and orients patients to rooms and departments, ensuring safe transfer from bed to transport equipment.
• Verifies outpatient registrations and guides patients to appropriate clinics.
• Assists nursing and clinical staff with transferring patients and handling equipment.
