Job summary

AdventHealth in Denver, CO is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform imaging procedures and ensure patient safety. You will position patients, select technical factors, and produce high-quality images while maintaining EMR/PACS documentation and ALARA practices.

Requires ARRT and CPR, with strong English communication and organizational skills. Prior radiology experience and ability to work with diverse teams are preferred. Day shifts; on-site position.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred; HS diploma or equivalent considered.
• ARRT registry and CPR certification required or pending.
• Experience with radiographic imaging and fluoroscopy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Move, position, and operate radiographic equipment safely.
• Perform direct patient care and monitor patient condition.
• Keep rooms clean, stocked and equipment safety-checked.
• Document procedures accurately in EMR/PACS.
• Maintain safety by applying ALARA principles.
• Cross-train into additional radiology modalities as needed.
• Communicate effectively with patients and team members.
• Ensure proper patient demographics and exam info.
