Job summary

The Baptist Health Bethesda Hospital is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform radiographic imaging under physician supervision, ensuring ALARA principles are followed and quality care.

You may support department workflow including front desk duties, phlebotomy, EKG, vital signs, and patient intake. ARRT radiography certification or eligibility and BLS are required; expected pay is $36.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; radiologic tech training preferred.
• Six months experience in acute care setting preferred.
• ARRT Radiography certification or eligible.
• May be required to perform vitals, phlebotomy, EKG and front desk duties.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide radiographic imaging under physician direction while following ALARA.
• Participate in quality improvement and ensure high patient satisfaction.
• Support patient workflow including front desk duties, phlebotomy, EKG, vital signs.
