We are hiring per diems interested in working both shifts and conducting piece rate scans. Must be flexible to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Must have X-ray & CT certification to conduct scans on Sollis patients. This is a piece-rate pay model.

How the piece-rate pay model works:

  1. A Sollis patient needs a scan.
  2. You receive a text asking if you are available to come in for a scan.
  3. If available, you conduct the scan(s).
  4. You are paid based on the number of scans you perform.

Compensation:

  • Daytime (7:00am – 11:00pm): $350 per scan
  • Overnight (11:00pm – 7:00am): $700 per scan

Example: Conducting two scans in two hours during daytime earns you $700.

Must be willing to work both piece rate scans and shifts. Payment is flat per scan, not hourly.

Responsibilities:

  • Review physician's request and identify patient prior to scans
  • Perform diagnostic imaging (CT, X-ray, MRI) using appropriate equipment
  • Operate equipment and ensure images are labeled correctly
  • Monitor patient well-being and address discomfort or issues
  • Run lab tests on CLIA-licensed machines, perform routine QC
  • Use EMR Athena Health to enter patient info, ensuring HIPAA compliance
  • Update patient info in CRM Salesforce
  • Perform clerical duties and other job-related tasks

Experience:

  • Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program
