Job summary

Longview Regional Medical Center in Longview, TX is seeking a Radiology Technologist II to perform advanced diagnostic imaging, operate imaging equipment, ensure patient safety, and collaborate with the care team to deliver high-quality radiographs.

The role requires ARRT certification, state licensure, and BLS (ACLS preferred). You will educate patients, maintain records, and participate in safety and quality initiatives. This is a full-time on-site position with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• ARRT certification required.
• State licensure as Radiologic Technologist required where applicable.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate radiographic equipment to produce high-quality images.
• Educate patients about pre-, during-, and post-procedure events and instructions.
• Assist in in-service training on radiology equipment and radiation safety.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation, including charges.
• Check equipment before use to ensure safety and proper functioning.
