Job summary

Sollis Health is hiring a Radiology Technologist I on a part-time basis (2 shifts per week, 7a-3p). You will operate X-ray equipment, perform diagnostics, and ensure patient data is accurate. Training will cover running CLIA-lab tests and HIPAA-compliant data entry in Athena Health and Salesforce.

The role requires ARRT registration within 12 months and at least 1 year of X-ray experience. Strong Siemens technology knowledge is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program required.
• Current License to practice as Radiologic Technologist (General Radiographer) in State.
• ARRT registration in Radiography and CT required within 12 months of hire.
• Must have at least 1 year of previous X-Ray experience.
• Strong knowledge of Siemens technology strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive and review physician requests and identify patient prior to scans.
• Perform Diagnostic Imaging - X-Ray on various body parts per standards.
• Operate equipment and document images with correct labeling and date.
• Monitor patient well-being and take action if discomfort or problems arise.
• Run laboratory tests on CLIA machines and assist with QC tasks.
• Enter patient details in Athena Health EMR in HIPAA-compliant manner.
• Update patient information in Salesforce CRM.
• Perform clerical duties as requested and other duties as assigned.

Job description

In the role of a Radiology Technologist I at Sollis Health, you will be responsible for the operation of our X-ray equipment, performing diagnostics and ensuring that proper information has been obtained. You will also be trained and certified on how to run lab testing in a CLIA laboratory.

Part Time - 2 shifts a week - 7a-3p

Responsibilities

• Receive and review the physician's request for radiographic procedures and identify the patient prior to conducting scans
• Perform Diagnostic Imaging - X-Ray on a variety of body parts utilizing the appropriate equipment and established standards and procedures
• Operate computer and radiographic equipment for image production and documentation of images
• Ensuring images are legibly labeled with correct date and patient identification
• Monitoring the patient's well being and recognizes patient discomfort or medical problems and takes appropriate action
• Running laboratory tests on our moderate to complex machines under a CLIA license, and helps to perform routine QC’s and other lab requirements
• Utilizing our EMR Athena Health to enter detailed information about the patients ensuring all information is HIPAA compliant
• Updating patient information in our CRM Salesforce
• Performs clerical duties as requested
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Experience

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program required
• Current License to practice as a Radiologic Technologist (General Radiographer) in State
• Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist in Radiography and CT required within 12 months of hire
• Must have at least 1 year of previous experience with X-Ray
• Strong knowledge of Siemens technology strongly preferred
