Job summary

Sentara Urgent Care Gloucester is seeking a part-time Radiology Technologist to perform general diagnostic imaging under the supervision of a physician. Clinic hours include weekdays 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

and weekend shifts 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with hours potentially varying by business needs. Virginia-licensed radiologic technologists are required; ARRT registry or eligibility with registration within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Performs general diagnostic radiology imaging under physician supervision.
• Position patients to optimize anatomy/pathology visualization.
• Operate radiology equipment and ensure patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Conduct diagnostic radiology imaging studies per competency and physician directions.
• Prepare patient rooms/equipment/medications for imaging.
• Potentially perform phlebotomy duties at sites that combine Radiology and Lab.

Saturday and Sunday, 8am-4pm.
