Job summary

The George Washington University Hospital is seeking experienced Radiologic Technologists to join their team. Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a registered Radiology Technologist; acute care experience preferred.
  • BLS certification via the American Heart Association.
  • Active American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) license required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide general diagnostic imaging services under the direction of Imaging Lead or Manager.
  • Demonstrate radiation protection/safety for patients, staff, and self.
  • Maintain equipment, exam rooms, and work areas in a neat and safe condition.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Under the direction of Imaging Lead or Manager, provide general diagnostic imaging services.
  • Demonstrate radiation protection/safety for patients, staff, and self as outlined in department protocols and regulatory guidelines.
  • Maintain equipment, exam rooms, and work areas in a neat and safe condition.
  • Perform examinations in a proficient, courteous, and professional manner to favorably promote the services offered at the facility.
