South Shore Health is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging and patient care in a busy radiology department. You will verify patient identity, prepare and execute radiographic studies, and ensure safety and accuracy during procedures.

Responsibilities include operating imaging equipment, maintaining image quality, and adhering to radiation safety protocols while supporting exceptional patient experiences. MA licensure is required; shift options and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved two-year radiologic technology program.
• Six months to be fully proficient in radiographic procedures.
• MA state license RT or RT Temp required.

Responsabilités

• Perform interpretive, patient care and technical radiologic functions to ensure proper radiologic diagnosis.
• Confirms patient identity and prepares for examinations.
• Operates radiologic unit, fluoroscopy and digital imaging devices following safety standards.
• Maintains patient safety, comfort and privacy during procedures.
• Adheres to radiation protection guidelines and equipment maintenance procedures.
