Lancesoft INC is seeking a Radiology Technologist in Aventura, FL with flexible shifts and open to new graduates who have passed their boards. The role focuses on diagnostic imaging procedures and patient safety.

You will operate radiologic equipment, prepare patients, follow imaging protocols, document procedures, and work with healthcare staff to ensure quality care. ARRT and state licensure are required, with BLS within 30 days.

Qualifications

• ARRT (Registered Radiographer) – Required.
• State Registered Radiologic Technician.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) – within 30 days of hire.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of diagnostic imaging procedures.
• Ensure patient safety and follow proper imaging protocols.
• Prepare and position patients for procedures.
• Operate radiologic equipment and maintain image quality.
• Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare staff.
