Job summary

Radiology Technologist at our Medical Center in Portland, OR. Full-Time schedules available for 8, 10 and 12-hour Day, Evening and Night Shifts for eligible external candidates who meet all conditions for payment – this is in addition to the fantastic benefits and compensation package offered by the hospital that begin on your first day of employment.

Qualifications

Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
Oregon Radiographer License upon hire, Or
Oregon Radiographer Temporary License upon hire.
National Certification from American Registry of Radiologic Technologists within 6 months (180 days) of hire.
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
New graduates must have OBMI temporary license and obtain permanent license within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

Perform imaging examinations per physicians' orders using radiology equipment.
Utilize ALARA principles to minimize radiation exposure.
Collaborate with radiology team across surgical imaging, fluoroscopic and invasive procedures, as well as portable and outpatient imaging.
Contribute to high-quality images and patient care in a fast-paced hospital setting.
