Qualifications

• ARRT certification and active state license as required.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum 2 years of radiography training in an accredited program.
• Working knowledge of radiology equipment and ability to perform highly specialized exams.

Responsibilities

• Types, proofreads, and mails results of the exams.
• Coordinates factors to achieve a quality exam within the appropriate timeframe.
• Utilizes radiation safety devices.
• Attends departmental in-services and staff development programs.
• Maintains and cleans equipment work areas and reports malfunctions.
