Job summary

Baptist Health Princeton Hospital is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging and related procedures, ensuring high-quality images and patient safety. The role includes supervision of students and adherence to regulatory standards.

You will participate in quality control, radiology computer systems, and delivery of compassionate patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of Radiologic Technology.
• Maintain current BLS/Healthcare Provider certification and ARRT certification within 12 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic imaging and related procedures to demonstrate anatomy and physiology for interpretation and/or intervention.
• Applies proper patient identification, collects clinical history, and ensures accurate documentation.
• Positions patient and equipment to achieve high-quality images while preserving safety.
• Audits images for quality, annotation, and patient identification; ensures all relevant anatomy is shown.
• Adheres to radiation safety standards and quality control tasks; participates in QC procedures.
• Provides supervision and training to student technologists and new technologists.
• Effectively uses radiology computer systems and maintains clean, organized work areas.
