Job summary

Kaiser Permanente in Federal Way, WA is seeking a 1.0 FTE Radiology Technologist to provide high quality radiology services. The role requires adherence to safety standards, patient education, and excellent customer service.

Eligible externals may receive a $5,000 sign-on bonus or relocation assistance. The position operates Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a pay increase noted effective 10/4/2026.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program prior to hire.
• Certified Radiologic Technologist (Washington) required at hire.
• Basic Life Support required at hire.
• Demonstrates strong communication and problem solving skills to work effectively with physicians and coworkers.
• Works with providers across KFHPW Kaiser Foundation Health Plan of Washington and adheres to radiation safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality general radiographic and specialty images.
• Position patient to best demonstrate the area of interest.
• Obtain images using proper radiographic techniques.
• Evaluate images for technical quality and proper identification.
• Input patient information into RIS accurately and maintain patient confidentiality.
• Rotate shifts and assist lead technologist with training and workflow.
