Qualifications

• Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
• Oregon Radiographer License upon hire, or Oregon Radiographer Temporary License upon hire.
• National Certification from American Registry of Radiologic Technologists within 6 months (180 days) of hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
• New graduates must have OBMI temporary license and obtain permanent license within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Performs imaging examinations according to physicians' orders.
• Utilizes imaging equipment and considers patient age-related needs to produce high quality images.
• Maintains ALARA principles to minimize radiation exposure to patients and staff.
• Ensures all examinations are performed safely and efficiently to support accurate diagnoses.

Education

Oregon Radiographer License upon hire

Oregon Radiographer Temporary License upon hire

National Certification from ARRT within 6 months

National Provider BLS - AHA upon hire

OBMI temporary license for new grads
