Job summary

Citizens Medical Center in Victoria, TX is seeking an entry-level Radiology Technologist I to perform radiographic procedures under the direction of a radiologist and the Radiology Director, with day shifts Fri/Sat/Sun.

The role requires graduation from a Radiology Technology program and current ARRT and Texas Medical Board licenses, plus BLS. You will support patient care, equipment maintenance, and education for students while upholding ethics and service standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Radiology Technology program.
• Current ARRT license.
• Current Texas Medical Board license.
• Current BLS from the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Performs radiographic procedures under supervision by a radiologist and/or the Director of Radiology.
• Maintains orderliness and cleanliness of the work area.
• Rotates on-call with other radiographers.
• Reports equipment malfunctions or failures to supervisor.
• Contributes to Radiography students’ education in a positive way.
• Applies age-specific needs in patient assessment and care.
• Follows ethics, confidentiality, and professional scope of practice.
