Responsibilities include patient history, procedure explanations, and equipment operation with attention to infection control and comfort. A strong English proficiency and healthcare knowledge are essential, with relevant licenses required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience [Required]
• Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]
• Registered Technologist – Radiography RT(R) (ARRT) [Required]
• High School Grad or Equiv [Required]
• Associate [Preferred]
• Bachelor's [Preferred]

Responsibilities

• Performs radiology duties in all departments and environments, including OR and Fluoroscopy.
• Operates all imaging equipment safely and properly and uses protocols.
• Monitors patient condition, ensures comfort, safety and privacy.
• Obtains patient history and explains procedures.
• Positions patients and equipment and selects factors to produce quality images.
• Educates patients concerning the exam and screens for allergies/pregnancy as applicable.
