Position Details:

• Days Position - Either Option
• 4 10-hour days per week, start times of 0530, 0600, 0700, or 0900
• 5 8-hour shifts starting at 11am
• Rotating Days - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, & then Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
• Holiday rotation

Northwest HealthCare, six miles west of Christian, offers 24-hour emergency care, the Sleep Disorders Center, and various outpatient diagnostic and imaging services.

The Radiology Department at NWHC provides outpatient and emergency services, equipped with DR & PACS technology. Our patient range spans from infants to late adulthood. Digital mammography performs screening, diagnostic, and follow-up services. Diagnostic Radiology offers same-day service.

Preferred Qualifications

Role Purpose

The Radiology Technologist performs general imaging radiographic procedures on adult and/or pediatric patients for diagnosis and/or treatment of disorders.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patient and equipment for procedures, informs patients of instructions and procedure details with high customer service and professionalism.
• Performs radiographic examinations independently, in on-call situations (if applicable), portable exams, and other assigned tasks.

• IEMA - Illinois only, excluding MRI
• Radiology Technologist - Registered
