Position Summary: Performs radiographic examinations under minimal supervision, coordinating daily activities including examinations and clerical duties, under the direction of a Radiologist.
Essential Functions:
Physical Requirements: Must handle strenuous physical effort assisting patients, manipulate radiographic equipment, and perform physical movements such as bending, twisting, and kneeling. Good vision and hearing are necessary.
Education, Experience, and Certifications: Completion of a formal Radiology Tech Program in an AMA-approved facility, ARRT registration, and BLS certification from AHA. New graduates must be registry eligible and complete registration within one year of hire.
