Lee Health in Fort Myers, FL, seeks a Radiologic Technologist for the Radiology - Diagnostics department. This full-time role operates on Shift 3/8:30 PM–7:00 AM, performing diagnostic radiology imaging including routine, mobile, OR, fluoroscopy and emergency procedures.

A JRCERT-accredited radiography program graduate is required, with Florida licensure and BLS certification. No prior experience is required; on-call rotation is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate of JRCERT Accredited or ARRT approved Radiography Program.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic radiology imaging including routine, mobile, OR, fluoroscopy and emergency procedures.
• Complies with State and Federal regulations for radiation usage and safety.
• Evaluates and determines diagnostic image quality of recorded images.
• Participates in performance improvement initiatives.
• Participates in staff/student orientation and training.
• Provides appropriate and safe patient care.
• Works positively with all customers to promote employer, patient, and physician satisfaction.
• May transport non-narcotic medications as directed.
• Required to participate in on call rotation as determined per specific department needs.
