Job summary

Endeavor Health in Highland Park is seeking a Radiologic Technologist I to prepare patients, perform radiographic exams, and ensure high-quality images. The role supports full-time, part-time, and per diem schedules with flexible days and shifts.

Ideal candidates hold a radiology certificate or associate degree, CPR, and IEMA licensing, with ARRT registry eligibility within one year. Strong patient communication and customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• Educational certificate/degree in radiology from an accredited program.
• CPR certification required; ARRT registry eligible within 1 year of employment.
• IEMA licensing required.
• Previous radiology experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for exam: obtain and record history, explain procedures, position patients and ensure comfort.
• Perform radiographic exams.
• Review radiographs to ensure optimum quality.
• Complete and submit information and images to RIS in a timely manner.

Hourly Pay Range:

$29.68 - $46.00 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Position Highlights:

• Position: Radiologic Technologist I
• Location: Highland Park
• Full Time/Part Time/Per Diem: PRN/Registry
• Hours: As needed/Flexible- Days
• Per Diem Commitment Level: Per Diem Level 1: 32-72 hrs. or Per Diem Level 2: 73-110 hrs. or Per Diem Level 3: 111-144 hrs./ per 6-week schedule
• Required Travel: Gurnee, Vernon Hills, HPH

What you will do:

• Prepare patients for exam: obtain and record history, explain procedures, position patients and ensure their comfort
• Perform radiographic exams
• Review radiographs to ensure optimum quality
• Complete and submit information and images to RIS in a timely manner

What you will need:

• Education: Certificate or Associate's degree from an accredited radiology program
