BridgePoint Continuing Care Hospital – National Harborside in Washington, DC is seeking a Radiology Technologist (PRN). The role requires an active ARRT license and 2 years of diagnostic imaging experience, with eligibility for per diem shifts across all schedules.

Per Diem (PRN) Rate: $39.00 per hour. You will perform radiographic procedures, adhere to ALARA safety principles, prepare patients and equipment, and ensure high-quality diagnostic images.

• ARRT registration and current BLS certification.
• 2 years of experience in diagnostic imaging.

WhatYou’llBe Doing:

Here at BridgePoint the Radiology Technician provides patient services using imaging modalities. The Radiology Technician adheres to Radiation safety practices while administering ionizing radiation (X-Rays) to patients in order to achieve satisfactory diagnostic quality images in accordance with ALARA principles. The Radiology Technician operates X-ray equipment processes imaging cassettes, and prepares patient’s room, equipment and supplies.

Requirements:

Education:Satisfactory Completion of ARRT accredited program.

Licenses/Certification:The American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) registration. Current BLS certification.

Experience:2 years of experience in diagnostic imaging.
