Job summary

TriStar StoneCrest Medical Center is seeking a Radiologic Technologist for weekend shifts. This role involves performing diagnostic imaging examinations while ensuring exceptional patient care and service quality.

Qualified candidates will have completed a 24-month Radiologic Technology Program, hold BLS certification, and be registered with ARRT. Preferably, candidates should have experience in acute care, although new graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

Job description

Radiologic Technologist – Weekends Only

Work Hours: Friday – Sunday, 8:00 am – 8:30 pm

Overview

The Radiologic Technologist performs diagnostic imaging examinations, providing the highest level of customer service and image quality to patients at TriStar StoneCrest Medical Center.

Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide appropriate care for the patient populations served in the department.
  • Apply knowledge of the principles of growth and development across the lifespan and assess data reflective of the patient’s age‑specific needs.
  • Assess patients', families', ability to learn and incorporate teaching.
  • Deliver compassionate, holistic care while supporting the rights and dignity of all patients.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of equipment and procedures for the radiological department.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of a 24‑month Radiologic Technology Program.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
  • One year of experience in acute care strongly preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
