Job summary

Metric Systems LLC is seeking a Radiology Technologist to join a client hospital known for excellence in cancer care and related services. You will perform imaging exams, operate advanced imaging equipment, and ensure high-quality results with patient safety in mind.

The position is full-time with an evening shift (Tuesday–Friday, 3:00 pm–1:30 am) and includes a $6,000 sign-on bonus for eligible external candidates, plus a comprehensive benefits package and first-day eligibility for Providence

Qualifications

• License or certification required to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
• At hire: Oregon Radiographer License or Oregon Radiographer Temporary License.
• Within 6 months of hire: ARRT national certification.
• At hire: BLS - American Heart Association.
• New graduates must obtain OBMI temporary license and pursue permanent licensure within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Perform imaging examinations according to physician's orders.
• Operate a variety of imaging equipment with attention to patient needs and safety.
• Apply clinical knowledge for proper positioning, dose calibration, and image quality.
• Minimize radiation exposure to patient and staff (ALARA).

My client is seeking a Radiology Technologist to join their award‑winning, comprehensive medical centers known for excellence in cancer care, cardiology, neurosciences, orthopedics, women's services, emergency and trauma care, pediatrics, and neonatal intensive care.

Responsibilities :

• Perform imaging examinations according to physician's orders
• Operate a variety of sophisticated imaging equipment, taking into account individual patients unique and/or age-related needs.
• Utilize clinical knowledge and judgment in regard for proper positioning factors, radiation dose calibration of technique and patient treatment needed to produce optimal high-quality images.
• Execute all examinations with minimal radiation exposure to patient and operator with ALARA awareness.

Required Qualifications :

• Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
• Upon hire: Oregon Radiographer License (1) Or
• Upon hire: Oregon Radiographer Temporary License (1)
• Within 6 months (180 days) of hire: National Certification from American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• New graduates must have OBMI temporary license and obtain permanent license within 6 months of hire.

Full-Time/Evening Shift - Tuesday - Friday from 3pm-1:30am
