Tenet Healthcare is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic radiographic procedures under minimal supervision, applying proper x-ray techniques to support patient diagnosis and treatment across all ages. The role requires hospital-based flexibility, adherence to safety standards, and professional judgment.

Required is graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technology program, TX Medical Board licensure, ARRT certification or registry eligibility, and active BLS within 60 days

• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology.
• Associate's Degree preferred.
• Texas Medical Board license required; ARRT certification or registry eligible.
• Active BLS required within 60 days of hire.

Under minimal supervision, performs basic to complex diagnostic radiographic procedures, as requested by a licensed physician. Exercises professional judgment in providing health care services, applying x‑ray energy, to assist in diagnosis or treatment of patients in all age groups from newborn to elderly. Is multi-skilled in the use of O.R. procedures and equipment. Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period. Other related duties as assigned.

MINIMUM EDUCATION:

Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology

PREFERRED EDUCATION:

Associate's Degree

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURE:

• Possession of current Texas Medical Board (TMB) license.
• Possession of American Registry of Radiologic Technologists, in Radiography or registry eligible. Must have ARRT within one year post graduation of accredited school.

REQUIRED COURSES/COMPLETIONS (e.g., CPR):

Must have active healthcare provider Basic Life Support on hire (ARC or AHA); however, must have AHA Healthcare Provider BLS within 60 days of hire.
