Job summary

Johns Hopkins Diagnostic Radiology department is seeking a Radiology Tech to join our elite team. You will work across ED, OR, portable and outpatient settings, assisting in training radiology tech students and delivering high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Completion of an AMA approved program in Radiologic Technology or equivalent.
• ARRT certification is required.
• Maryland Radiology Tech license is required.
• CPR certification within three months of employment.

Responsibilities

• As a Rad Tech you will treat a diverse patient population from pediatric to geriatric.
• Rotate through ED, OR, portable, outpatient, floroscopy, orthopedic, Myelogram & Lumbar punctures, endoscopy, and pain center.
• Assist in training radiology tech students.

Education

AMA approved program in Radiologic Technology or equivalent

ARRT certification

Radiology Tech license by the Maryland Board of Physicians

CPR certification within three months

The Russell H. Morgan Department of Radiology and Radiological Science is committed to providing the highest quality medical care. Our world-renowned physicians and staff, led by Dr. Karen Horton, chair of the department of radiology and radiological science, focus on combining the latest in radiological technology with specialized expertise to diagnose and treat patients.

Johns Hopkins Diagnostic Radiology department is searching for a Radiology Tech to join our elite team. As a Rad Tech you will:

• treat a diverse patient population ranging from pediatric to geriatric
• rotate through ED, OR, portable, outpatient, floroscopy, orthopedic, Myelogram & Lumbar punctures, endoscopy, and pain center
• assist in training radiology tech students

Minimum Qualifications:

Full Time (40 hours)

Salary Range: Minimum 34.62/hour - Maximum 57.19/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
