Job summary

St. Francis Medical Center is seeking a Radiology Technologist for per diem shifts in Los Angeles. You will perform diagnostic radiographic procedures following department protocols and regulatory requirements, interfacing with patients and staff to meet imaging needs.

Qualifications include ARRT-R, state licensing, BCLS, and graduation from a JRCERT-accredited program. Prior radiology experience and strong computer skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensure and fluoroscopy permit as required by State.
• ARRT-R certification required.
• Familiarity with State and Federal regulations.
• Current BCLS (AHA).
• Graduate of a program accredited by JRCERT.
• At least one year of experience as a Radiology Technologist preferred.
• Proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs Diagnostic Radiographic Procedures according to department protocols, HFAP/TJC/local regulatory/CMS, State and Federal Regulations. Functions as the first line interface with customers and is successful in the accomplishment of their imaging needs. Participates in PI/QC activities. Responsible for processing and transmission of images to PACS.

Pay Transparency

St. Francis Medical Center offers competitive compensation and the current compensation for this role is $39.94. Benefits may vary based on collective bargaining agreement requirements and/or the employment status. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
