Job summary

Jobot is seeking a dedicated Radiology Technologist to join our team in a fast-paced diagnostic imaging environment. You will perform high-quality imaging procedures, prioritize patient safety, and support the surgical team with imaging during procedures.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of radiology experience, strong patient communication skills, and current BLS/CPR certification. We offer a signing bonus, relocation assistance, and flexible scheduling to support team coverage.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Radiology Technologist.
• Demonstrable experience in patient positioning and image acquisition.
• Proven knowledge of radiation safety and dose awareness.
• Experience in portable radiography and trauma/ED imaging support.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Experience in performing quality assurance checks.
• Excellent patient communication skills and a commitment to providing comfort measures.
• Current BLS (CPR) certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures per established protocols and quality standards.
• Ensure patient safety by adhering to radiation safety measures and dose awareness.
• Conduct portable radiography procedures and provide trauma/ED imaging support as needed.
• Assist in the operating room with imaging and collaborate with the surgical team.
• Use basic computer skills to manage patient records and operate imaging equipment.
• Perform quality assurance checks on radiology equipment and report issues.
• Communicate with patients, explain procedures, and provide comfort for a positive experience.

• Adhering to infection prevention guidelines and ensuring proper room turnover.
• Maintaining current BLS (CPR) certification and applying these skills as necessary.
