Job summary

Banner Health's Banner Staffing Services-AZ is seeking a Radiologic Technologist for Registry/Per Diem work in the Mesa area. This assignment-based role covers day shifts with variable schedules across departments, and no guaranteed hours or benefits.

You will perform prescribed radiographic procedures and support patient care under department protocols. Ideal candidates hold a Practical Radiologic Technologist license (or Limited Scope), BLS, and at least 1 year of experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent working knowledge.
• Requires Practical Radiologic Technologist or Limited Scope Technologist licensure by state regulatory agency if applicable.
• BLS certification.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical radiography experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform prescribed radiographic procedures following department/facility/state policies.
• Educate patients and families about procedures and treatments.
• Maintain equipment quality control and report issues to preserve performance.
• Assist with workflow scheduling and exam room setup to ensure efficient operations.
