Southeast Orthopedic Specialists in Northeast Florida is expanding our team with a Radiologic Technician (BMO) to deliver high-quality imaging in a fast-paced clinic. You’ll greet patients, perform radiographs, and help ensure accurate diagnoses while maintaining patient safety and EMR accuracy.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, 1+ year in urgent care or patient care, EMR familiarity, and strong customer service, communication, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year in urgent care or patient care setting preferred; EMR knowledge helpful.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, diagnostic imaging practices, radiographic safety, and equipment handling.

Responsabilités

• Greet patients in a professional, friendly manner and explain procedures clearly.
• Produce high-quality radiographs to support accurate diagnoses.
• Maintain and update patient EMRs; provide copies of images upon request.
• Ensure images are uploaded correctly into PACS.
• Perform equipment checks, cleaning, and minor maintenance; arrange repairs when needed.
• Monitor radiation safety, protecting patients and staff at all times.
• Maintain proper levels of radiology supplies and follow departmental safety protocols.
• Travel intermittently between clinic locations, as needed.
