Job Summary and Qualifications
As a Lead Radiologic Technologist at HCA Healthcare, you’ll play an imperative role in guiding a team that delivers safe, accurate, and patient-centered imaging every day. You’ll mentor technologists, optimize workflows, and ensure the team has the tools and support to perform with confidence. Responsibilities
- Lead the imaging team and mentor technologists to deliver safe, high-quality patient care
- Guide patients through imaging procedures with compassion, comfort, and confidence
- Operate advanced radiography equipment and administer contrast media while ensuring radiation safety
- Maintain and calibrate instruments, supplies, and equipment for accurate and efficient imaging
- Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and the care team to support smooth workflows and excellent patient outcomes
Qualifications
- Basic Cardiac Life Support required
- State Fluoroscopy licensed required
- Registered Radiographer (ARRT R) required
- CRT required
- Three years of experience in a Radiology department in a staff and supervisory position preferred
- One year of Emergency and/or Trauma experience preferred
