Job summary

Personal Touch Home Health Care Services Inc. is seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist to provide high-quality diagnostic radiographs including OR, Fluoro, Dexa, or EOS procedures under supervision to support accurate diagnoses and patient care.

You will document patient history, verify physician orders, assist in OR cases with C-arms and portable equipment, and maintain safety and infection control standards while mentoring radiology students and staying current with continuing education.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of a Radiology Technology program and registry eligible.
  • BLS and ARRT-R certification required.
  • Preferred two years of experience in radiology or hospital setting.

Responsibilities

  • Produce high-quality images using appropriate techniques and proper marker placement.
  • Document patient history and verify physician orders prior to exams.
  • Assist in OR/surgical cases with C-arms and portable equipment.
  • Supervise and mentor radiology students, providing constructive feedback.
  • Maintain safety, infection control standards, and a clean work environment.
  • Participate in departmental meetings, in-services, and continuing education to stay current.
  • Adhere to hospital policies, including patient identification, confidentiality, and safety protocols.
  • Ensure timely documentation in hospital systems and proper patient age-specific care.
  • Support service excellence by demonstrating respect, teamwork, and effective communication.
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.

Ability to stand, lift over 100 pounds, and perform strenuous activities. Exposure to biological hazards and blood-borne pathogens, requiring protective measures.
