Job summary

Ideal candidates are graduates of an accredited Radiologic Technology program with 1–2 years of experience, fluent English, and BLS certification within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• 1 year x-ray technologist experience preferred; 2 years desired.
• BLS certification required within first 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Position patient, adjust immobilization and ensure radiation safety.
• Perform radiographic exams ordered by physicians and maintain ALARA standards.
• Assist physicians with procedures, EKGs, phlebotomy and injections.
• Prepare reports, maintain film files, and logs of X-rays for referrals.
