Job summary

Precision Scans Inc. is seeking a Radiology Technician for a traveler role in Denville, NJ. Shift is 06:30 - 17:00 with pay of $83-$85 per hour. Start date 11/16/2026, end date 02/14/2027, and location is Denville, NJ 07834.

Requirements include an ARRT license (NJ preferred), fluoroscopy certification, BLS/CPR, and 1-2 years of X-Ray Tech and Cath Lab experience. Prior RCIS knowledge is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology.
• NJ ARRT license preferred; priority given to license holders.
• Certification in working fluoroscopy required.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Minimum 1-2 years as X-Ray Technologist with Cath Lab exposure.
• Experience with C-Arm operations and LEAD maintenance.
• familiarity with IR procedures and device insertions (PCI, Impella, balloon pumps).
• RCIS knowledge is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist in Cath Procedure and PCI cases with scrubbing support.
• Operate C-Arm and ensure LEAD maintenance.
• Assist in Impella and balloon pump device insertions as needed.
• Scrub IR procedures including nephrostomy, PICC, Pacemaker insertions.

• Assist in a Cath Procedure and PCIs, how to insert Impella and balloon pump devices, Scrub IR procedures Nephrostomy Tube Insertion, PICC insertion, Permacath Insertion, Pacemaker Insertion, Cerebral Thrombectomy
• RT should encompass the skills of RCIS
