SGMC Health seeks a Radiologic Technologist in the SPN - Orthopedics department at the Main Campus. The role performs radiographic exams, assists the radiologist, operates x-ray equipment, and prepares the radiology suite for procedures.
Candidates should be ARRT-certified or eligible, with strong patient care and communication skills. The position supports a full-time day shift and on-site work with opportunities to contribute to patient care in orthopedics.

SPN - ORTHOPEDICS
Full Time, 8 HR Day Shift, 8-5 M-Th, 8-12 Fri
Performs a variety of duties in administering roentgen rays to patients for Radiology exams. Assists the radiologist in fluoroscopic procedures. Operates x-ray equipment, develops film, and prepares radiographic room, equipment, supplies and medications. Provides patient services using imaging modalities.
Duties require considerable sitting, standing, stooping bending, lifting (in excess of 50 pounds), pushing objects (wheelchairs, stretchers). Comfortable conditions, subject to irregular schedules, including weekends, exposed to high levels of stress. Work may require exposure to communicable diseases.
