Job summary

Community Memorial Healthcare is seeking a Radiology Technologist to provide procedural support in the Cardiovascular Lab, operating radiologic equipment and delivering patient care with monitoring. You will participate in circulating and scrub duties and respond to on-call needs with a 30-minute response time.

Requirements include an Associate degree in Radiology Technology, California Radiology Technologist license, Fluoro permit, BLS/ACLS certifications, and at least six months of acute care

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent in Radiology Technology.
• California Radiology Technologist license.
• California Fluoro permit.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• At least six months' recent experience in an acute care procedural setting.
• Experience with PACS and physiologic monitoring systems.
• Must be flexible and have excellent communication skills.

Compensation

bSalary Range: $44.19 - $61.52 per hour

bThe pay range above represents the lowest possible rate for the position and the highest possible rate. Factors that may be used to determine where newly hired employees will be placed in the pay range include the employee specific skills and qualifications, relevant years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role. Most often, a newly hired employee will be placed below the midpoint of the range.

bPosition Overview:

Provides procedural support in the Cardiovascular Lab including operation of radiologic equipment, procedural patient care, and patient monitoring, circulating, and scrub duties.

Minimum Qualifications

• bAssociates Degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school for Radiology Technology.
• bCalifornia Radiology Technologist license.
• bCalifornia Fluoro permit.
• bBLS certification and ACLS certification.
• bAt least six months' recent experience in an acute care procedural setting, cardiovascular, Electrophysiology, peripheral vascular, interventional neurology, and/or interventional radiology knowledge, experience with advanced IT applications such as PACS and physiologic monitoring systems.
• bMust be flexible and have excellent communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• bRCIS, RCES or advanced Radiology Tech certification.
• bPrior Cath Lab Experience.
• bProficient in sterile technique.
• bExperience with cardiovascular physiologic monitoring.
• bExperience with EKG rhythm recognition.
