Qualifications

• Graduate of AMA-approved school of Radiologic Technology.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates clinical competency and sound clinical judgment.
• Monitors daily performance of clinical team members for accuracy and timeliness.
• Models standards of care and assists in direct patient care as needed.
• Assigns patient care to team members based on experience and competency.
• Communicates professionally and uses resources for problem-solving for patients, families, and staff.
• Uses chain of command when appropriate.
• Assists in evaluation of department team members' performance and behavior.
• Performs leader rounding with patients and families to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborates with clinical leaders and physicians on quality improvements.
