Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Radiologic Technologist in Rowlett, TX. The role supports fluoroscopy, OR, ER, inpatient and outpatient imaging under the supervision of a Radiologist.

A Monday–Friday 7:00 am–3:30 pm schedule is in place with a $10,000 sign-on bonus for eligible external candidates. Required certifications include ARRT (R) and MRT, with relocation assistance available for eligible applicants.

Qualifications

• Grad of Accredited Program
• Certified ARRT (R)
• Medical Radiologic Technologist (MRT) Certified
• Basic Life Support (BLS) or obtained within 30 days of hire or transfer

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality radiology procedures according to exam protocol.
• Maintain image quality and adhere to radiation safety standards.
• Communicate with patients using AIDET and obtain patient history and consent.
• Prepare patient and equipment, position for procedures, and adjust exposure factors.
• Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of imaging records.
